Limited License for Bona Fide Journalists and ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Chapters ONLY - IF YOU ARE NOT A JOURNALIST OR AN ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ CHAPTER, OR YOU WISH TO USE A PHOTO FOR A PURPOSE OR IN A MANNER THAT THE PRECEDING EXCLUDE, YOU MUST CONTACT ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ AND OBTAIN ITS WRITTEN PERMISSION TO PROCEED.
In consideration of their coverage of newsworthy events or other matters of public interest for a bona fide news organization, ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ hereby grants bona fide journalists a perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free but non-exclusive license to copy, display, distribute and otherwise use any photo included in the library, without attribution, but only to portray the construction workforce or the construction industry as a whole in connection such coverage for such an organization.
In consideration of their support for ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ as a whole, ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ hereby grants ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ chapters in good standing a perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free but non-exclusive license to copy, display, distribute and otherwise use any photo, without attribution, but only to portray the construction workforce or the construction industry as a whole in connection with a chapter’s non-commercial programs, services and activities.
ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ does NOT authorize anyone else to download or otherwise use a photo, or any other use of any photo. ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ specifically DENIES permission for anyone to use any photo (1) on or in products, merchandise or goods, (2) for purposes of advertising or selling, or soliciting purchase of. products, merchandise goods or services, or (3) to single out any individual in any manner. ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ also DENIES permission for anyone to sublicense any third party to use a photo.
