In December 2008, the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ of America Specialty Contractors Council (SCC) reached out to ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ specialty contractors for participation in a questionnaire aimed to capture respondent experiences with retainage. Responses from almost every state poured in, and data from the 1,035 survey responses will help craft the guidance document regarding retainage that the SCC will be working on at the upcoming in San Diego, CA.
