Jorge Fuentes of Gabriel Fuentes Jr. Construction Co., in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has been named Vice Chair of the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ of America Specialty Contractors Council (SCC). Fuentes currently serves on the SCC and its Executive Committee, and is a past member of the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ of America Executive Board.
