ENR chooses its Newsmakers each year to honor individuals for significant achievements benefiting the construction industry.
Kennedy was selected for his successful two-year effort to get California’s Air Resources Board to delay and significantly ease its new off-road diesel emissions rules. If not for ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½, those rules would have had broad and costly national implications for the construction industry. ENR's selection is a tribute to ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ and its two California chapters' hard work on this issue.
