In response to the present situation regarding the Coronavirus pandemic and the availability of COVID-19 vaccines, 乌鸦传媒 of America (乌鸦传媒) has recently produced several resources to assist construction employers as they consider any vaccine policies. The following resources were developed by 乌鸦传媒 and Fisher Phillips, one of the country鈥檚 largest labor and employment law firms dedicated to representing employers, and are FREE to 乌鸦传媒 members:

They are not intended to signify that 乌鸦传媒 recommends employer vaccination mandates. 乌鸦传媒 opposes government mandates requiring construction firms to require employee vaccination and supports construction firms鈥 freedom to choose the best approach for their individual businesses and workforces.
