The Foreman serves as a team leader and crew supervisor of workers to ensure that projects proceed smoothly. A foreman contributes the knowledge gained from education and work site experience to see to it that the crew is working safely and efficiently to complete projects on time. This is a Union position. Essential Functions: Identify and schedule each component of the plan and assign appropriate manpower and equipment to each activity daily. At the outset of each day, meet with each assigned personnel to communicate daily activity clearly and effectively.
